I`ll have the eggsalad, please.

I have been reading a range of actor`s blogs lately, and I find them highly interesting. Mostly, because the ones I read are usually about anything but acting. Ok, I have to admit that Alec Baldwin writes a lot about all things Hollywood (click here to find out what I am ordering eggsalad for) and one of my favourite topics, the WGA strike. But he also loves to ramble about politics. So does his colleague John Cusack. Cusack, an outspoken Liberal, has been writing about this great interview he had with Naomi Klein about her latest book. Watch it here, it is great. Stephen Fry however chooses to blog about all things geeky. Fry, a huge Apple fan, and savvy internet geek, writes about his iPhone, Firefox updates, … geeky stuff, well written.I enjoy reading these, some posts more, some less. It depends on the individual rant. I am wondering though how and why others read actors blogs. Is it because they are fans? Or is it about the actual content? To me, it is about the content, like with any other blog I read – sometimes it`s meaningful to me, sometimes it`s not. How about you? Do you / would you read actors blogs? And if so, why?
