Just wondering if you could help me Iris, I wanted to use an example of the need to participate in online conversations about your brand. You had a couple of stellar examples of companies taking too much time to respond and the ensuing brand damage; one was a bicycle company example from memory. Are you able to point me in the direction of a couple of good examples?

Very handy to put aside things you want to read when you have time as well. Its like building a scrapbook. Then you can go snooping round other people's and find out what really interests them. Uncover the truth...well maybe not, but people do save some weird stuff.

Sadly it is becoming more and more a mass spamming and marketing tool - as MySpace did. Though this is hardly surprising, but I'm deeply sick of having just crap in my inbox. There is a little of the social of the social network. It's nearly as bad as having old high-school friends track you down - yes, that is right. I have no interest in the finer details of your current social life. The most interesting, and as a journalist one of the more handier aspects, is the way record labels, movie and theatre makers etc are using the site for promotion and what not.

Hey Grace, check out the link in the story - also do some googling, lots of buzz happening.

Not sure which way it's going to go yet, but I am very curious to see. I have a feeling it might work out.

Where do you get your info on this story, please?
All the TIMES article said was that CBS 'had been' in talks with COMCAST.

Thanks for spreading the word abotu Jericho and Comcast. It is CBS Paramount (the production company for Jericho)that is in the talks with Comcast. CBS Televsion was the company that canceled Jericho.

If you want more Jericho please write to: Ms. Nancy Tellem, President, CBS Paramount Network Television Entertainment Group, 4024 Radford Avenue, Studio City, CA 91604-2190.

Ask her to continue to produce Jericho and sell it to another network. These letters need to go out now, if we wish to save Jericho.

For more information go to: http://www.jericho-kansas.com/Community/SaveJerichoCampaign/tabid/195/Default.aspx

Wer braucht schon alternde SchauspielerInnen?

I agree. I have been away from my high speed boradband for a few days and I have been using dial up, and it is hard to tell the difference! Which means either the dial up is really good, or the broadband is REALLY slow...when it works.
